Ingredients:
- Mince 1 kg
- Boiled macaroni 1 cup
- Peas cooked 1 cup
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Eggs 2
- Onion chopped 3
- Potatoes boiled 3
- Tomatoes 3
- Green chilies 6 to 8
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
Step 1:
In a pan put together 1 kg mince, one tsp ginger garlic paste, three chopped onion and salt to flavor. Cook dinner over low flame till mince gentle and water dries.
Step 2:
Upload in three chopped tomatoes, 6 to eight chopped fresh chilies, 1 cup peas, 1 cup boiled macaroni and blend properly. Now chop properly in a chopper.
Step 3:
Now add in 1 tsp beaten black pepper and make long spherical kababs.
Step 4:
Now in a wok warmth oil as required.
Step 5:
Dip every kabab in overwhelmed egg, roll in bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
Step 6:
Take away from oil, spread on a paper and serve warm.
